Baret is made out pf pvc vinyl. Made a flap on the back. Attached a feather to the top.

Top is red twill which I made a couple of sizes bigger to make look baggy. The collar is white muslin that I inserted polyfil to make stiffer. Painted on the black stripes. Armbands are elastic that I painted gold.

Waist cincher is brown vinyl that I painted black. Also painted on the gold and red design. Hand beaded the cincher.

Pants were some bargin fabric I bought at walmart. Made 2 sizes larger to look baggy. Added on an elastic waist.

Boot covers are also black pvc viynl. Painted designs on the legs.
