I bought the dress to make it into a Sailor Moon and Drusille costume, but Halloween came to quickly and I had no time, so I bought a bag of pipe-cleaners, made the halo, and hunted down some real feather wings, then wore some white thi-highs I bought from Hot Topic, pretty comfortable costume all considering
