I remember saving a lot of cute anime pictures onto my collection of floppy disks and Sugar was one of them. This cosplay plan was my friend/cosplay partner, Fallen_Magician's idea...and a good one might I add! He said that we'll be doing a lot of cutesy chibi cosplays because fan girls and kiddies will be all like "AAWWW!!! SSOOO KAWAII!!" hahah...that'll be great!
