There was this glorious joke born after running across a silver plastic tiara at Target... And, it was that I should sooo cosplay Cross Dressed Cloud. I found the dress at a consignment shop for $15 or so, and the wig was styled with the most terrible adhesive I've ever worked with. But, I had a helluva time, anyway, so it was sooo worth it.
