Crimson Viper

Street Fighter IV

Last Updated: 10-26-2012

When MvC3 came out I really loved C. Viper. Street Fighter IV was the first SF game I really dedicated time to because of this. Then one day a friend of mine jokingly said I should cosplay as her. Obviously, I don't get jokes... xP

The Hair: The braid was made from kanekalon loose fiber from a website called Doctored Locks. The rest is my real hair. Feel free to PM me if you are curious on the full how-to, since I can't link you to my blog here.

The Top and Jacket: The top and jacket are both hand sewn by my mother. She did the top without a pattern because we couldn't find anything close to a Dealer's vest/ waistcoat pattern. The jacket was done from a pattern and has a custom pocket on the inside for my phone. The tie was bought at Target and cut in half so it wouldn't stick out the bottom of my top.

The Pants, Belt, and Shoes: The pants are store bought ( I think Lip Service or Tripp NYC). The belt and belt buckle were bought on eBay. The belt buckle was spray painted gold. The shoes are Franco Sarto boots I decorated with red paint.

The Glasses, Earrings, and Gloves: The glasses are safety glasses that had removable ear pieces. I simply painted the bridge black and the rubber nose piece stuck on my face no problem. The earrings were also bought on eBay. They're Maltese crosses, by the way. The gloves are leather biker's gloves also bought on eBay. I sewed lining over the knuckle holes and hot glued buttons on them. Then I piped them in silver ribbon.

Makeup: Smash Box cream foundation in fair, Urban Decay Eye Shadow in Honey, Urban Decay Cream Eyeliner in Zero, and Urban Decay Lip Stain in Envy.
