Kiyone has been one of my favorite anime characters for a long time. Out of all the women from the Tenchi series, she's the one I identified with the most. As my friend puts it, "Kiyone gets shit done."

This costume was a real challenge (one I gladly excepted) since it required spending a lot of time staring at screencaps, episodes, and studying the lines of the outfit. I figured at the time that the GP uniform would be more recognizable and easy to do than her other versions - recognizable yes, easy not so much.

The parts of the jumpsuit are all cut out, most of them assembled. Shoes acquired, gun acquired (thanks to some amazing friends and a birthday), and a possible wig found. The wig is proving to be one of the most annoying bits - that's one hell of a unique color!
