This was my first ever attempt at cosplay. I had the uniform commissioned through e-bay (not a bad experience, but i dunno if i'd do it again). I wore a normal State Alchemist uniform with the watch and everything, but I also made paws, ears, a tag, and a collar. The tag is 2 yellow foam sheets hot-glued together with a rivet through it. One side says "Spot" and the other says "Property of State." The ears and paws took me about four hours to sew by hand.
