Really easy last-minute ghetto cosplay GO!

I became a fan of Homestuck a couple of weeks before Otakon. I wanted to cosplay Jade really badly because she is my favorite kid (We're narcolepsy twins!) but I knew making her favorite outfit of mine (Dress of Eclectica) was pushing it. I realized I owned pretty much everything for her Dead Shuffle outfit so I went with that version!

The jacket is from a thrift store. I replaced the buttons with red ones and made the pin. The skirt is thrifted as well and I basically cut it up into a bunch of strips and stuck them all over the place.

My lunchtop is a metal lunchbox I found that I spray painted red. I drew the Squiddles on craft foam and glued it the front of the lunchbox.

Really simple cosplay but it was a lot of fun to wear and Homestuck fans are bros :D
