Well, what do you do when you have the patterns left over from one costume that was a success? Make another one, of course.
I liked the colors of his dark version as much as the ones from the original, but making this outfit WAS harder, because of the gold. x-x Plus I fixed a few things I didn't like as much in the first costume. The best thing about it has to be how long I've had it. It just keeps going and going...good for a con where I don't know what else to bring.
