Originally meant to be the "Queen of Spades" in a royal-card costume group; due to timing everyone couldn't complete their outfits so I just left mine as a Victorian design. This was inspired by Emilie Autumn's black and brown stripe dress. :) The underskirt is actually very intricate and is made up of various black and red silks and laces.
