Ao no Exorcist

Simple cosplay really. To save on cost after the Mephisto nightmare, I bought some pants, a dress shirt, jacket, shoes, and modified the tie for my wife.
I did however make the tail, sword, and horns. Ears were a purchased prosthetic. I didn't have enough time to make them with everything else.
The tail has a thick wire running through the length of it to the very tip. It's covered in foam and fabric, and designed to be posable. So no matter if someone hits the tail, it will just be posed in a new way.
These were interesting. I had to fashion a switch that would fit right at my wife's ear and not be noticable. Which was tricky because I had to keep adjusting her wig every time someone wanted to take a picture. I hand-blew the glass and gently carved it to shape afterwards so I could get the right shapes (I don't recommend hand-blowing, it can take a while if you aren't used to it, and something can go wrong). I placed small, LED and Christmas lights inside, and using my electric skills, handed down by my father connected all the wires into the switch box. It took a few tries to get this to work properly, but it eventually got to the point where it would work. The horns are set onto a headband, and they poke through the wig.
I had to go home to do this. Using the lathe, I shaped out the sword. It was then painted accordingly. So my wife could actually take out the sword and pose with it, while other Rins couldn't. I did make the wrap that goes around it. But it was out of that more than in it.
