Yes, I do go shirtless for this costume, and tape-bind to pull off the illusion of being male. The headband and collar are sintra plastic, the earrings are tin and yes, I made those myself. The only things on the costume I didn't make were the silver bracelets and the pants (modified an old pair of khakis). I'm very proud of being the only Kougaiji, to date that I've seen, with actual metal shoulder brackets for the scarf and all the buckle details right on the jacket. And I love my wig. Love it to death. Hate sewing extensions into wefts, but I love that wig.
