This was my first time doing wig work. I normally wear flesh colored dance tights with this, but I accidentally forgot my dance tights for the con these photos were taken at.
Wig- the wig was a white Punky XL with 4ft extensions wefted and sewn in to the bottom of it. I used frizzy braiding extensions but if I had to do it again I would use smooth ones, the frizzy hair was terrible to work with.
The ring at the end of the braid is made from styrofoam covered in Gesso and sanded smooth. I used caulk to seal the end of the braid.
Dress- the dress was a basic skin-tight cotton dress that I dyed dark green and cut up. Since I like the look of better-defined boobs on Aisha costumes I just went with a simple bra instead of trying to make chest armor, it's not entirely accurate but I think it turned out well. I glued it on to the dress under the bra's wireing in the front and added white trim to the dress as well.
Tail- The tail is 9-gauge aluminum wire attached to a belt and covered in fur. It is fully poseable.
Ears- The ears were made from cardboard, resin, fiberglass, fur covering, and a bit of craft foam. I made the head piece as a single unit that goes around the head over the wig, it has the gold forehead piece and the ears on it. I used resin and fiberglass to ensure that they were solid enough to stick upright without sagging.
Shoulder armor- The shoulders were made from cardboard, resin, and fiberglass then covered in vinyl.
Cape- I don't like the way Aisha's cape thing looks so instead of using a neon green solid fabric I went with sheer, it created a nice flowy effect while walking and wasn't as harsh as the more accurate neon green.
