Description
I wasn't a big fan of the 2nd outfit Gaara wore in the manga and was slightly bummed since I wanted to be him again, but when he appeared later as Kazekage, I knew I had to do this!! Only bummer about wearing this is the material, it's velvet. Why? I dunno. It looks cool lol. But it's so hot! Death!
