Most of this costume was put together from thrift store finds. The red top and gray skirt were found off the rack, and the brown jacket was cropped shorter and hemmed. The necklace was made by purchasing a silver "A" charm from Michaels and spray painting it gold.
The wig was an ebay find. I needed a long, layered red wig with a side part on the left side that shipped within two weeks. Rather a tall order, but I found a great wig on Ebay.
The cowboy boots were the most expensive part of the costume, because I purchased them new (because I plan to wear them outside of cosplay as well).
Finding mostly accurate pieces for this costume was pretty much luck. I plan to keep working on this costume until I can make it as accurate as possible. It's missing a few details right now, but I was very glad to finally have something Doctor Who-themed to join my friends who cosplay from the series!
