My talented school buddy Tina/Blackmarth was working on Hollow Ichigo for Halloween (hur hur), and I wanted something to wear along with her that wouldn't be too expensive. She called me from the wig store downtown one afternoon to tell me she found something that would be perfect for Orihime, and DING, instant Halloween costume. Had the hairpins in my dresser and used my hakama and top from Isane.

And yes, I knoooooow she doesn't go Hollow. Tina just had an extra prototype mask lying around and I felt like being a goofball.
