Wig ~ from eBay, really awesome, totally love the natural style :D

Headband ~ Piece of fabric with can of V8 embedded with Konoha symbol hot glued to fabric xD Very ghetto :p

Jacket ~ Broadcloth and cotton..the orange part took me like 11 tries xDD

Pants ~ Made at 11PM the night before Halloween! xDD Cotton, with cloth medical tape.

Shoes ~ Too lazy to make ninja shoes xDD These are just my I-wear-these-things-freaking-everywhere shoes xD
