From the american serie The Boondocks.I have wanted to cosplay him sense last year i think and I love this cartoon! Its really hilarious and awesome xD The "costume" Its mostly casual clothing like a swagger or gangsta rapper lol. I only have a t-shirt he uses atm..And I need to get have the cornrows/baked braids again. x3
