This was one of two costumes I made in the period of a month between Acen and AX in 2005, because Yui was interested in going to AX with Nightmare, and I wanted to have something to go along with it. There isn't too much to say about it other than that it was my first experience using liquidstitch, and that it now comes highly recommended.

Most of the outfit is pretty self explanitory. Pants are yellow cotton, vest is pleather, brown is...some...wierd...water repelling material that feels like suede but is cheap. My friend Tricia handpainted the yellow trim, and the brown parts of the vest were carefully cut out and liquidstitched on, before edging them with...puff paint. Heh. Fur trim comes from wal-mart. This costume kept getting useful 'found' objects...like the shoes. But the staff actually caused me a lot of grief! I remember spraypainting it in a dark alley somewhere in Utah, then handcarving out the design, but the paint wouldn't take over the sprayed parts. Ah, well. It was just a costume to give Nightmare something to kill.
