Okay so I bought the uniform off milanoo.com (just search for school uniform). It was about $30-$40? I dunno. But it's really high quality and I'm very happy with it. :)

Shoes and socks were bought at your local walmart.

Wig was bought off cosplaywig, a store on eBay. They sell THE best wigs anyone could have! :)

This was worn on day 1 (Friday) at ALA 2011.
