I made this costume for the S4 League cosplay contest with 2 of my best girlfriends. I didn't really have a lot of time to do this costume. I had the Heavy Machine gun started but most of the work including all of the sewing was done the week before submissions were due XS

I used fleece for the scarf, top, leggings, and feet; it was super comfortable~! The skirt was made from some taffeta I found in the red tag section.
