The wig is CosplayWigsUSA's General 100cm/40" straight light blonde

I cut the bangs straight across and fitted to my face

The persocom ears were made out of craft foam using this tutorial on youtube

What I decided to do was not glue the ears to a headband or ribbon but just use white bobby pins to attach them to the side of my wig. The material was all picked up at my local Micheal's (craft store). I used hot glue instead of what's shown in the video as it holds stronger and quicker.

The hair spools are wooden spools painted over with acrylic paint. Also all picked up at Micheal's.

The crown was attached to a a stretchy cotton headband using this video

Again, hot glue seems to work best, it's what I like to use haha :P Materials from Micheal's and headband from Ardene's

The top was picked up at my local Suzy Sheer outlet.

The tutu was made out of black elastic band and tulle. I cut strips and tied them around the elastic. I made three tutus this way and wore them on top of each other. I do plan on rebooting this tutu to make it more layered.

The shoes were bought at a thrift store called Orbit in my neighboring city. I will be rebooting the heels as they were pretty crappy to begin with and the heels got pretty damaged after Anime North 2011.

I used red ribbon around my neck and ankles. The gloves and ankle bracelets are gonna be part of the revamp to this :)
