So, I am a big fan of Mawaru Penguindrum. And I love Himari. So I whipped this cosplay together! I made the skirt, and I found the shirt at Good Will, I hand painted all the strips on the shirt.

I bougt the wig at MoeMall.

Honestly, I really love how this costume came together! I hope to make a #3 Penguin to go with it. And get a lot of better pictures. Right now I only have my crappy Phone camera. Sooo its only rough shots of the costume right now.
