This character I made as a fan-fic character for Naruto. I use him on a Naruto-themed role-play forum on Vampirefreaks.com.

His clothes are from Cryoflesh.com and Lip service clothing

Backstory-
Before Xyen was born, there was a village called the Village of the Tri-foil. It it was the first village to utilize nuclear energy as a way to power their village. Until one day, the village's nuclear reactor malfunctioned and went into critical mass, eventually leading to a reactor core meltdown, causing the reactor to explode, releasing large ammounts of radiation throughout the village.

Months after the explosion, Xyen was born. He was born healthy, but because of the radiation his mother was exposed to, he was born with a severe facial deformity around his mouth (think of it like Predator mandibles).

When he was a child, a Government agency bought out the radiated remains of the village and decided to rebuild it into a large city built upon the principles and concepts of futuristic technology. The villagers were taken in and decontaminated from any radiation. Other villagers like Xyen, who had suffered physical defects as a result of the radiation were chosen to be apart of a new Government-funded Humanoid ninja project that would lead to the creation of a breed of ninja.

From his childhood on, Xyen underwent years of intense physical training which included strengh and enduance, medical tests and exposure to various chemical gasses as well as a number of advanced medical procedures involving cybernetic implantations. After years of training and many medical procedures, Xyen had completed his training and the Humanoid ninja project was a success.
