Ko-chan was selling the vest for a dollar at swap meet, so I snagged it! Finally I do Haru's default outfit!

Ko-chan had removed the sleeves originally of off a shirt for the vest. White shirt, skirt, socks, and shoes from previous costumes. Made the bowtie myself.

Wig is clipped up into a ponytail with a claw clip.
