I made a basic one sleeve dress out of broadcloth. I used polyfil and glued it directly to the dress to make all the puffy veiny tentacle tumors on the dress.
Then I dipped strips of fabric in liquid latex and covered the dress (kind of like paper mache).
The next 3 layers are straight latex to get the fresh flesh look on the dress.
I painted the dress using basic acrylic paints, a few different shades of red, brown, black, and yellow.
Finally, added one last thin layer of latex and sprayed it with gloss.
The Eyeballs and teeth are made from model magic and glued into place on the dress.
