Ezio Auditore da Firenze

Assassin's Creed II

I'm such a fangirl. This is gonna take more out of me than anything, since I'm 100% making this with no help and learning how to use a new sewing machine on top of it all :P I'll update things as I get them in shape!

5/20/12: Well I put on the shirt, lower tunic, upper tunic, and red sash to see how everything was looking. The pattern I've been following is more suited for a guy, so when I put on my pieces, they fit awkwardly due to my curves. So now I'm at the tailoring point where I just need to dart and fit everything to work out better for my small, female form. Woo hoo...

Upper & Lower Tunics: Sort of a thin linen with great texture, but breathable. Upper tunic is sewed and needs a hood. Lower tunic is sewed. ($55)

Shirt: Bought from Etsy seller ($18)

Sash: About 36" long made with red satin lovingly donated ($0)

Belt Buckle: Wire frame, a little bit of foil, and covered in Sculpey. The back is covered in hot glue and I have to sand, prime, paint, and finish it, and hope to Odin that it doesn't break. ($20)

Pants: For now, I have brown dance shorts I'm gonna use unless I feel like pants or leggings later down the line. ($20)

Pauldron & Cape: Cape is made out of a red satin and chocolate brown twill. Pauldron is mostly made, but it needs to be sewed and stuffed. Then all the belts and strings can go on it. ($20)

Vambrace: Foam covered in pleather and riveted. Still needs the metal parts and buckles.

Greaves: Still working out at this point, because my boots are pretty nice on their own and don't leave much room for modification.

Boots: Riding boots from Target ($35)
