I first made a sheer leotard from nude powermesh. Drafted a pattern for the white parts, cut it out of stetch sateen and then stitched it on top. The over dress is made out of Sheer white stretch spandex. Collar is interfaced with foamie. Crown is also made of foamie using the gesso/varnish method and then stitched onto the wig.
