This outfit was a quick think I throw together for the Cherry Blossom Festival. Unfortunatly, I wasn't able to go because of the rain. So instead we went around the neighborhood and took picture.

The black dress base is an old homecoming dress. I just used scrap fabric for the sash and bought lace from the store. Hand-sewn.

The headphones is a DJ headset painted black. The wings are made from an old plastic folder, painted, and hot glued on.

I made this in about a week. I think it only costed me $25.
