Eternal Sailormoon has been my dream cosplay since I first heard about Seramyu & cosplay back in high school when I was making silly voices in front of my computer dubbing anime. ;) Twelve years later, I finally decided I had to do it or I never would, and so here it is!!

I constructed this mostly over 3 months while watching Sailormoon Sailorstars and tons and tons of Seramyu. ;D
