Debuted in 2012, this was originally a group project. But, one by one, people started dropping out, leaving my girlfriend and I at a loss of what to do. We decided to continue to go along with it and I'm super happy we did.
I think Ukraine has a curse on me for dresses. Just like my ballgown, my wedding dress had some snags. My friend Tobi offered to alter a dress I'd purchased, because it was just a bit too snug. The end result I got in the mail a week before con was something I could no longer wear due to being ruined. My friend Snow offered at the last minute to make me a new one, so long as it was a simple design. Lo and behold, the day I needed to wear it, I got it. It fits a little awkwardly due to being made on the fly. But it's beautiful and I'm so happy to worked out in the end.
