Believe it or not, this is the result of altering two bridesmade dresses. Made into two separate pieces, the long portion of the skirt and the top with the two top tiers attached. The second tier is made of coffee stained tool. The pink lace we actually had from my greatgrandma. The top collar was homemade too. I wore a petticoat beneath the dress to make it more poofy.
