The costume was commissioned, and I made a makeshift version of the red laser blade out of pipe cleaner, but expectantly it turned out fairly warped by the end of the convention. For Anime Expo 2012, I'll be trying out a red finger light accessory and see if that works better.

Variations to the costume may have included blue sunglasses and a face mask.
