I actually won this cosplay in a charity raffle at another convention. I really love Maes Hughes and can really get into character.
The wig I styled myself and I must say I am very happy with how it came out.
My least favorite part of this costume has to be the beard. It's easy to put on and take off, but in the mean time I have to be careful not to smudge it on myself or someone else. Though there were times at the end of the day when I'd run to my friends and press myface against theirs and put beard on their faces. XD
All in all I love cosplaying from FMA with my group we are all great friends and love just having fun.

Awards

Though it wasn't an award for craftsmenship my group and myself won the Emcee's award at Anime Boston 2012's Masqurade with our skit, FMA: A hero's Farewell
