I knew I wanted to cosplay Rise one day, but then I found the perfect houndstooth skirt at my local Salvation Army. I really felt lucky then x3
I hand sewed the shirt and tie thing out of t-shirts. I also made and painted the earrings and modified the glasses frames. The arcana card was also very easy to make :3
