made for Halloween 2010 in my dorm. As such, I had no sewing machine or transportation, which made things really interesting. I walked to the nearest Joann's (only about a mile) for the fabric, ribbon, and thread and sewed the costume by hand. I bought the reflectors online, since I couldn't find them anywhere else. I hate hand sewing, it made everything so less tidy than I would like, but it was acceptable for a quick costume.
