A big Splicer group was organize dfor Sunday of AN. Splice up your life!

Mask - I used fosshape and formed it over a wig head. Then painted and splattered it with acrylic paint.

Dress, Etc - Something I found at Value Village shortly after the group had been started planning. Ripped, cut, and messed it up outside one sunny day.
