This costume was a commission for our Reboot Skit Group.

The mask was made from scratch, by first making a fitted hat with cardboard, and building down from there to create the face. The Head fin was made with craft foam, and the eyes from a clear green plastic ball container for a vending machine prize.

The body suit was also hand made, and the armour made from craft foam sealed in fabric.

The chest and biceps were made using a muscle pack stuffing technique for realistic definition via instruction from Quantumdestiny.
