I wanted to be Lady Gaga for Halloween one year and this is the result. It's definitely not my best work and only like 2 people could tell what it was supposed to be, but it's fun to wear. I plan to make better ones, though. The hair and the lightning stripe are my favorite parts cuz they're the only parts that worked out.
