My favorite part of the costume is the wig (especially the bun part) and the shoes (loving faux fur). This was the first time I worked with fur or faux fur, I expected it to get messy and it did, but I really liked the end result - it gives the costume some flare.

The light blue shirt and dark blue lycra pants worn underneath are store bought since I was in a time crunch - however the pants were way to long so I had to hem them up anyway. The navy blue gauntlets are made out of t-shirt tubing. The rest of the garment is made out of cotton broadcloth, however I gave the skirt a little bit more weight by using sew-in interfacing and a navy blue lining so it'd be able to support the heaviness of the fur lining at the bottom. the shoes are outdoor sheepskin slipper which I sewed faux fur onto to match the skirt trim.

I used a long brown wig with no bangs and a middle part as the base and braided it, keeping a few sections in the front for the sideburn thingies and then used extensions for the bun/roll. There are two blue oblong beads hanging from the front and two round beads on each side of the bun/roll.

I've yet to make the necklace.
