Mayuri's outfit looks simple enough, right? Well, here is a result of making her outfit WITHIN A MONTH, not getting finalized until a few hours before the third day of Anime Expo AX2012!

My mom and I worked on it together. We bought a dress that looked fairly close, modified it, and added the black trim (the black trim was actually the most difficult to do. Mainly the neckline). I bought a short haired wig, being the most expensive part of the costume. The hat was only 99 cents! I had a pair of capri's I ordered, and we cut those down to size. Luckily, I already had a pair of black boots.

I love cosplaying Mayuri, especially since she has thick eyebrows like me! Yay, she proves a girl can still be cute with thick eyebrows XD!!!
