made a version for halloween one year and then redid the whole thing for florida supercon. I made the mask with paper mache, tape, newspaper, a plain white mask and paint. Nurse hat made of craft foam and bought a really cheap nurse dress from ebay and just mucked it up with acrylic paint as well as liquid latex to create scab like wounds on the dress. I made the pipe from pvc pipe and painted the base black first and then spray painted it with a aluminum color and rust color
