Because I only cosplay dudes with suits and hats. Acquired a wig for 2012, along with a less awesome hat after I lost the original. Also, the lovely spookysage made me a new horse hitcher for 2012.

The costume also included licorice scottie dogs under my hat and scottie dog socks. They helped me get in character.
