Tseng is the leader of the Turks. He's hard edge, collected, kickass and slaps Aeris across the face while riding a helicopter. He's dedicated to his job, will die for Rufus and ShinRa, and is deadlier with a cellphone than a gun (but don't suggest he can't handle a weapon, or he'll prove you wrong, terminally)

Its one of my favorite, easiest to wear costumes, and most often donned. The suit was bought and modified to have a zipper front, and the lapel was modified.

My only regret is all my Turks are taller than me. WOE! Curse everyone being above my average height!
