This IS the costume.
I've never worked so hard as this time, but I have to thank many people for helping me with suggestions first, then in practice.
Starting from Toten Kopf (on facebook https://www.facebook.com/totenkopf2?fref=ts) that I was recommended to use special materials to make the hard parts of the costume (the hooks that cover part of the body) to finish with Claudio, my lab partner, who helped me to shape and polish each piece.
All the hooks were made of fiberglass from only three molds in silicone rubber (which made me lose a lot of time and effort), but for various reasons I could not create a mold base with ten or twenty pieces.
The pants are in faux leather, the corset is made from a top which I then modified by replacing the straps with leather parts taken from an old bag.
The jersey turtleneck base is very simple, I just stretched the sleeves and sewed the fingers to make it look like there was a glove from the same cloth attached. I added faux leather inserts on arms and elbows.
The boots are nothing more than two pieces of cloth hardened with black acrylic paint, wrapped around the leg and closed with zippers. After I cut strips of black elastic fabric that I sewed around each single "boot" with over pairs of hooks.
These were stained with spray paint color "silver chrome" and I'm happy I had the same shiny steel effect on them!! :D
The base of boots are simple black leather shoes, very confortable I must say.
The two real difficult things were measuring well the position of the cloth strips and hooks to attach and then the final stage, wearing the costume, which was terrible because of the tightness of the clothes.
Last two things: the Umbrella Corporation pin attached to the chest and a brown wig coiffed properly (I slightly changed the line of hair).
As weapons I got a gun and a chain (you saw the movie right? Would love to be able to handle a chain that way!)
Despite the narrowness of the costume I felt in great shape and very agile!
