I've wanted to make this costume for some time. Anyway, Dmitri is a character of my own creation. Like the title says, he's Siberia.

His whole back story/info has changed a lot so he's a little difficult to explain. ^-^''

I have not worn this costume to any convention yet (it's quite warm ;A;''). I hope to though!
