I bought this costume from FM-Anime and modified it to my liking. I shortened the sleeves and made the stocking myself with two pairs of stockings from WeLoveColors.com (one Black and one Royal blue)
I also took in the bow, for it was too big for my waist ouo/

The wig was purchased from cosplaywig on ebay and I cut/styled it myself in my bedroom.
