Quickly whipped together for FrostCon.
Had lots of left over Yellow and Green fabric so made a tie and made the badge for the shirt.

The shirt was a blouse that I made a short sleeved blouse.
The skirt was originally a kilt I modified and make it shorted and added more pleats and sewed a zipper onto the back of it.

The shoes were my old school shoes I bought while over in Japan and the stockings were bought as well.

All in all this cosplay cost me less then $10 to put together since I had practically everything already =D
