Decided to make this dress to challenge my skills. I finally saw the movie and I liked it surpringly since I had no interest in it.

I've always admired the dress she wears at the parks cause well I like shiny sparkely elaborate costumes.

This is costing more than any of my previous costumes @-@

So far I have my wig, I have ordered the tartan fabric made by ani-bee, bought the buckle materials, well everything now xD

Have the pattern all done, and the bottom panel ready to sew :)
