I had this costume made for me by a friend. It's my 3rd cosplay costume. It's nice because it's a 2 piece set. A skirt and a top. Unfortunately, when I came for my fitting my friend panicked and hacked off parts of the skirt to take it in for my waist. Bad move ... so with my beginner sewing skills I fixed the hang on the skirt. I'm quite proud of that achievement. Even after all that drama the skirt was still too loose around my waist. So for it's offical outing I wore a belt which slipped throughout the day, so I have some embrassing photos of me with the belt showing. Anywho, since I was planning to wear this costume to Halloween I took the skirt in myself. Finally I was pleased with the hang!! That skirt had been so troublesome!
Fun Facts about this costume:
-Just yesterday (March 16) I found a pin my friend left in the skirt! Can you believe I have been walking around with that in there? Oh Man, what a find.
-This is the costume which lead to a High School janitor to make inappropiate noises when I walked by *shutters* Only fun thing about that memory is the glee I see in my friend's eye whenever she reminds me.
